HIGHER EDUCATION, CIRRICULUM &TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Adjunct Faculty, Ringling College of Art and Design, Sarasota, FL. 2019 – Present

·       Instructed curricula for Intro to Sculpture and Wood Fabrication and Mold Making courses

·       Created and executed Ringling’s first Mold Making and Casting course

·       Conducted lectures and demos on material techniques, introduction to analytical thinking, and individual/group critiques for 1st, 2nd 3rd and 4th year students

·       Instructed students on mold making basics and materials that range from: undercuts, mother molds, traditional sculpting, brush on silicones, block molds, plaster molds, and cold casting

·       Informed proper health and safety as well as reading chemical data sheets

·       Incorporated digital fabrication and reproduction methods in the field of sculpture and design such as: CNC routing and laser cutting

·       Advised upperclassmen with one on one studio visits

·       Provided individual mentorship for senior thesis work with the Fine Arts and Visual Studies departments.

Community service internationally with International Volunteer HQ in South Africa. Traveled extensively for one month through the East Coast while documenting daily activities and interactions with locals.
